Training terms for businesses

These terms apply to new employer orders once agreed between the parties. Sending a website enquiry does not by itself create a paid order or confirm eligibility for support.

1. Provider and customer

Training under the Neurokool brand is organised by GP Training Center OÜ (registry code 16809287, VAT number EE102652055), Vabaduse väljak 2, 10146 Tallinn, Estonia. The customer is an employer buying training for its employees. Contact: andrei.gritskov@gmail.com, +372 521 2999. These terms apply to employer orders. Training may be ordered for a single employee; the employer remains the customer.

2. Offer and order confirmation

Before confirming an order, the parties agree in writing on the curriculum and outcomes, hours, language, trainer, format and location, dates, participant numbers, price, required tools and completion criteria. One academic hour is 45 minutes. An order is created when an authorised employer representative accepts the offer in writing and GP confirms it. Individually agreed terms take precedence over these general terms.

3. Price and payment

  • Each of the five published corporate programmes costs €2990 per employee, including VAT. This is the price of one course for one participant; the group total and what is included are stated in the offer.
  • GP invoices the employer. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 7 calendar days of the invoice date and no later than the training start. Instalments or different deadlines must be stated in the offer or contract before acceptance.
  • Additional costs, including paid licences or special tools, must be explicitly disclosed and agreed before ordering. An accepted price can only be changed by agreement.

4. Töötukassa support for employers

An employer may independently apply for a training grant to develop employees' digital skills if the current conditions are met. The application must be submitted before training starts. GP provides the agreed curriculum and offer; Töötukassa decides whether support is awarded and its amount.

This process is different from training under a koolituskaart. A direct partnership between the training provider and Töötukassa, or a course listing in its catalogue, is not a condition of this particular employer grant. The employer checks its eligibility and applicable restrictions, including relationships between the parties, and initially pays the training costs itself. A funding decision does not remove the obligation to pay for a confirmed order; free training and reimbursement are not guaranteed.

  • Current Töötukassa conditions

5. Cancellation, substitution and refunds

Unless a contract provides otherwise in writing, the following rules apply. The customer sends cancellation to andrei.gritskov@gmail.com. Notice is calculated in calendar days before the agreed course start, using the date the message is received.

  • At least 14 days before the start: a full refund. Between 7 and 13 days: a 50% refund. Less than 7 days before the start, non-attendance or withdrawal after training starts: no refund.
  • Before training starts, a participant may be replaced at no extra charge by an employee who meets the entry requirements; the substitution must be agreed with GP. Moving participation to a different date is a separate agreement and is not automatic.
  • If GP cancels a course, the full amount paid for the cancelled training is refunded within 14 calendar days. If GP postpones training, it offers new dates; if the employer does not accept them, the undelivered part is refunded within 14 calendar days.
  • For customer cancellations, a refund is made within 14 calendar days after the amount is agreed and necessary payment details are received. These rules do not limit mandatory statutory rights.

6. Participation, outcomes and company information

Participants follow the curriculum, complete assignments and participate in assessment. A certificate (tunnistus) is issued when the programme's completion criteria are met and the learning outcomes are demonstrated. Where outcomes were not assessed or not all were achieved, a statement (tõend) is issued in accordance with the training rules. Course-specific conditions are provided before an order is confirmed.

Practical exercises use anonymised or specially prepared materials. Confidential information, client personal data, passwords and access credentials must not be entered into external AI services without a separate lawful basis and company authorisation. Training tools and their use are agreed in advance. Training does not create an obligation to develop or deploy a production system and does not guarantee a financial result.

7. Enquiries and applicable rules

Send training questions and complaints to andrei.gritskov@gmail.com, identifying the customer, course and circumstances. We review and respond within 14 calendar days, or tell you if more time is needed. The parties seek to resolve disagreements through discussion. Estonian law applies. These terms are used together with the agreed offer, curriculum, training organisation rules and privacy notice; they do not retrospectively change existing contracts.
