An employer meeting the applicable conditions may apply for reimbursement of part of the training costs through Töötukassa koolitustoetus. Töötukassa makes the decision.
This measure does not require the training provider to be a direct Töötukassa partner or to list the course in its catalogue.

The employer checks eligibility and applies for support before training starts.
Agree the start date, deliver training and issue the required documents. Töötukassa decides support and the amount.
A suitable curriculum alone does not establish eligibility. Compensation and tax deductions depend on the employer’s circumstances.
Booking conditions
Each course costs €2,990 including 24% VAT per employee. The format, dates, language, materials and any additional costs are recorded in the proposal and contract.
